1 teaspoon each dandelion root, milk thistle seeds, roasted chicory seeds (if available)
½ teaspoon each sarsaparilla root, liquorice root, ginger rhizome
1 litre water Combine all ingredients in a saucepan (not aluminium).
Simmer for 3 minutes, remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes.
Strain and drink at least 1 cup a day.
