Liquid Eucalyptus-Mint Soap

Use this mild soap for cleaning dishes, floors, stoves, sinks, and hands.
The disinfectant properties of the eucalyptus and mint will not only leave your home smelling fresh and super clean, but they will also repel insects.
1 1/2 cups (375ml) grated castile soap (or use the liquid version which will not need melting)
1 1/2oz (50g) baking soda
1/3 tsp. borax
1/3 tsp. eucalyptus oil
2 cups (500ml) hot peppermint tea, made with 2 tbsp. fresh peppermint or 3-4 tea bags
Place the castile soap in a 3 quart/litre stainless steel saucepan and stir in the tea.
Simmer very low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the baking soda, borax, and eucalyptus oil.
Stir well to blend all ingredients. Cool. Store in a labelled plastic jug or squirt bottle, and shake before using.
Can be safely used full strength, or diluted to last longer.
